You are invited to this term's KLICE lunchtime talk on Tuesday 17 May at 1 pm. We will be hearing from Onesimus Ngundu on:
"Does the Church Have a Mandate for Regulating Marriage? Biblical and Historical Background"
Onesimus has done extensive research into the historical development of the relationship of church and state in regard to marriage and the biblical justification used to defend the church's role in maintaining the institution. In light of the current debate surrounding this question, which some have called the most pressing issue facing the contemporary church, a stimulating discussion is sure to follow.
Please bring your own lunch. We will be finished by 2 pm.
